Our Cuvée Prestige is our most important wine. By "assembling" the best of our Cinsault, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Rolle grapes our Cuvée Prestige shall be the most faithful expression of our territory. A fine and well balanced Rosé Côtes de Provence. Here are the comments of our oenologist Jerôme: The colour is frank and brilliant, peach. The nose is revealed with subtlety and complexity, revealing notes of fresh fruits, peach, raspberry andpepper. On the palate fresh, with volume and a peppery tone. A long finish, rich, persistent, marked by peach aromas. A wine of great finesse, body and aromas. Incomparable Provence.

Our Cuvée Préstige is a sophisticated and fresh wine for all types of summer cooking. Bittersweet and dry, serious in stature and full of summery flavours, it will accompany veal and poultry, grilled fish or meat throughout delicious summer nights. Its minerality and its aromatic scents make it a perfect companion for spicy dishes. The perfect wine for vitamin-rich, Mediterranean or vegetarian cooking; with salads, quiche, risotto or pasta.

Fresh and dry Rosé wines from Provence are an excellent accompaniment to all kinds of fresh cheeses. Following a good rule on the subject of wine and cheese that due to the same climatic and geographic conditions wine and cheese from the same region will marry well together, we recommend a fresh and mild goat or sheep cheese, such as Etorki or Chavroux. Do also try a Brie de Meaux with the Cuvée Préstige. Alternatively, we recommend our Rosé wines to accompany hard cheeses with characteristic salt crystals. For example, a full-flavoured Gruyère - an aromatic raw milk cheese from Switzerland - or a mild Comté - a raw milk cheese from the French Jura.

At the 2017 contest of the Independent Winegrowers (Vignerons Independants) our Cuvée Prestige won a gold medal. This competition has the particularity of welcoming non-professional but nonetheless trained jurors to emphasize the verdict and taste of knowledgeable consumers.

Our 2016 Cuvée Prestige has been awarded a silver medal at the Concours International de Lyon 2017. Under the direction of renowned sommeliers and chefs, and supported by the "Toques Blanches Lyonnaise" and the Association of Sommeliers Lyon and Rhône-Alpes, this competition has acquired an international reputation. Lyon is, after all, the gastronomic capital of France. The tasting is carried out by international representatives from all areas of the wine industry (oenologists, sommeliers, chefs, producers and wine merchants).

Our Cuvée Prestige was selected for the 2nd edition of the Guide Hachette des Rosés 2017-2018 with a star appreciation. Like last year, the Hachette Guide Rosé retains the founding principles that make the Hachette Guide a true quality label: impartiality, independence, high reliability of selection, always carried out by professionals tasting blind. The Gilbert and Gaillard 2017 Wine Guide distributed a gold medal to our Prestige. "Dress salmon clear. Expressive nose, heady flowers, red berries, tangerine. The mouth displays a fruity, gourmand vibration, very pure, prolonged with fervour. An irresistible aromatic seduction. A pleasure to share."
