Behind them develop a wide range of aromas including blackberry, vanilla, dried herbs and leather due to the ageing in barrels. The main varieties of the appellation come together and complement each other to magnify the whole wine. Merlot brings the fruit and the Cabernet Franc gives the wine the spicy notes. A great fruit driven Grand Cru with fantastic complexity and length.

The grapes are destemmed and fermented on skins with pumping over, to aid extraction of colour and tannin.
