Bourbon in colour and 59 in International Bitterness Unit, our IPA uses Pilgrim, Styrian Golding Celeia, Cascade and Centennial Hops.

Goose Island Midway Session IPA 4.1% - 4 X 330ml
Midway is our session IPA. a well balanced beer, lighter in body but still packed full of tropical hop flavour. It's midway to an IPA -it has all the hop flavour but easier-drinking. Fresh punchy aroma of mandarin, melon & pink grapefruit, subtle grainy malt character with a light body with a balancing bitterness on the finish.
