Kind Wine organic red has a lovely, dark berry fruit and a touch of spice and smokiness. 

Master of Wine Ed Adams and winemaker Bruce Jack came up with the idea of Kind Wine with their wine producer friend Pepe Fuster. Pepe has 28 hectares of organically certified vines on his family estate in Terra Alta, near Tarragona in Catalonia, Spain.

Kind Wine is about taking care with the environment while making delicious wine. In addition to farming organically, Pepe has his own wind turbine to generate electricity for his cellar, uses all the left over grape skins, pips and stalks for fertilizer and recycles rainwater in his vineyard. In the cellar he gives the wine a light, gentle filtration and uses light weight bottles and brown, unbleached cartons.

Enjoy with grilled meats or vegetables and lightly spiced curries.
