ND John Wines

My son recently brought me a bottle of this back from a business trip to South Africa. Said it was their ‘go to’ white. I can understand why. Beautiful depth and concentration of flavour and a refreshing change from my personal ‘go to’ New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.

Had three bottles so far and everyone although different went down very well

An excellent find and remarkable value at this price. Fresh and mineral, but with enough body and texture to make it genuinely interesting, with lovely stone-fruit, subtle herbal and slightly nutty notes. If you enjoy characterful, dry whites such as Grüner Veltliner or Greco di Tufo, this is well worth trying. I bought a few bottles to sample and was seriously impressed — I’ll certainly be buying more. In fact I. Just compiling my new order now!

Absolutely love this wine. Probably my favourite sauvignon blanc and a fabulous price point.

If you are looking for a red wine that you can drink on its own or with food look no futher this is the one rich full on Red.

Never been keen on Pinot Noir I’ve tried before but this Aussie one drunk chilled was excellent. Pity it’s currently sold out as would have ordered some more.

Great value for a wine of astonishing richness with a savoury, almost balsamic tang for balance..
