Once again inspired by the Australian night, this is darkly appealing, chocolatey Malbec with an abundance of crisp, minerally fruit.
Deep and vibrant Malbec with an intense nose of plum, damson and dark chocolate aromas. Lush and layered on the palate, with well-integrated oak and plenty of fine tannins. Drink with beef in all its guises, from steaks to stews.

Mimosa Malbec shows a complex and elegant nose, with red berries and notes of vanilla leading to a medium to full bodied palate with ripe dark fruit flavours and a hint of spice on the finish.
