A complex nose of red fruits, lavender and blood orange rind.

The Barossa Valley is home to some of the oldest Grenache vines in the world. The warm climate and abundant sunshine provides ideal growing conditions, culminating in a wine that is expressive of variety and region. Picked on flavour ripeness, the fruit for this wine underwent a slow, cool ferment in open-top fermenters. Maturation occurred in old French hogsheads to enhance varietal flavour, structure and aromatics.
