Made from a single variety of cider apple, Dabinett is a full bittersweet apple found in large quantities throughout many Welsh orchards. This apple produces a well-balanced bittersweet cider with a soft astringency and full body.

Probably my favourite

This is a perfectly delicious cider from a small batch Welsh cider maker. I've not had a cider from them that isn't excellent but the single varietal Dabinett is my absolute favourite.
