A delicious Portuguese classic - serve it cold!
Refreshing and fruity rosé, bursting with aromas of strawberries and raspberries. On the palate the wine is soft and fruity with a light spritz. Nice fresh acidity and a touch of sweetness on the finish.
The grapes are sourced from selected growers in central and southern regions, where moderately old vines are tended traditionally in clay and sandy soils. Grapes are briefly macerated on the skins to obtain a touch of colour then gently pressed pneumatically. Cool fermentation in stainless steel vats controlled at 16 degrees. The wine is cold stabilised in tank for a brief period before bottling young.
Drink by itself well chilled or with seafood, hors d'oeuvres, simple salads, and spicy food such as Thai, Indian or Chinese.

My favourite wine for summer. Really refreshing with a slight fizz

I love rosé and have tried lots of different ones including the more expensive Provençal Rosés but often find them a little “strong”.
