This delicious red has been recently upgraded to DOC status, meaning lower yields and greater concentration. With rich brambly fruits backed by fine tannins, this is a ripe style that pairs well with food, and offers incredible value for money.
A deeply coloured, full-flavoured, spicy red with perfumed aromas of wild strawberry and black cherry. The palate combines abundant brambly fruit flavours with lightly smoky and savoury notes, a hint of bitter chocolate and structured tannins.

Drink with juicy home-made burgers with a slab of mozarella, or charred lamb steaks.
