Joseph Cartron Bergamote Liqueur uses Italian varieties of bergamote: Fantastico, Feminello and Castagrano all renowned for their flavour and exceptional quality of essential oils.

A liqueur with exceptional balance between sweetness and tangy, spicy citrus flavours. Complemented with a luxurious mouthfeel and an elegant lingering finish. The bitter notes of the fruit give a lot of freshness, finesse, and complexity.

Cartron has been a family business since 1882, with strong roots in the town of Nuits-Saint-Georges at the heart of Burgundy’s cru vineyards. The soil of this region has been producing high quality fruit for centuries, which for have been used in the production of Burgundy wines, or fruits to produce juices, liqueurs and fruit brandies.
