The palate seduces with its elegance and silky tannins. Persistent, the finish is of beautiful power. The nose exudes delicious spicy fragrances.

The manually harvested grapes are rigorously sorted in the vineyards and by optical sorting upon their arrival at the winery. Vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Some of the batches undergo their malolactic fermentation in new barrels. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels, 30% of which are new.
