Welsh traditional method sparkling rosé with bright berry notes, fine mousse and 18 months lees ageing. On the nose, expect fresh red berries and subtle brioche notes. The palate offers wild strawberry, redcurrant and citrus lift, supported by crisp acidity and a long, elegant finish.
Elegant and refined, This Traditional Method Sparkling Rosé is crafted from fruit grown at Pen Y Clawdd, meaning “head of the bank” in Welsh. This is the site of the oldest vineyard, planted 22 years ago, where mature vines produce exceptional grapes with depth, freshness and natural concentration. This Welsh sparkling rosé is a blend of Pinot Noir and Seyval Blanc, combining structure with bright cool climate character. The grapes are delicately whole bunch pressed, and only the cuvée, the first and finest press of juice, is used in the final blend. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle, followed by 18 months of lees ageing to build complexity, texture and finesse. The result is a beautifully balanced sparkling rosé with precision, vibrancy and a refined mousse.
Perfect for celebrations, smoked salmon, summer berries, soft cheeses or as an elegant aperitif.
