Lemon coloured with a fine and persistent effervescence. Fresh and intense aroma, combining floral and citrus nuances with a slight and soft smoked mineral note. It is fresh in the mouth with a creamy and delicate mousse.

Quinta da Calcada is in the heart of the Vinho Verde region in Amarante. Family owned by the da Mota family and dating back to 1917, the winery is one of the oldest producers of Vinho Verde, with a focus on high quality white wines and sparkling.

From the grape varieties of Loureiro and Arinto that were gently destemmed and pressed. The extracted juice was decanted statically and fermented in stainless steel vats. Following this, a further fermentation in tank gives the wines its elegant bubbles. Matured in stainless Steel.

It goes well with grilled fish and seafood dishes, poultry meat dishes.
