This exquisite Sauvignon Blanc showcases a pale golden color and exudes aromas of citrus, green apple, and a hint of freshly cut grass. On the palate, it offers vibrant flavors of grapefruit, lime, and subtle mineral notes, balanced by crisp acidity and a refreshing, lingering finish.

Savour the Hubert Brochard Sauvignon Blanc's harmonious blend of citrus, green apple, and subtle mineral undertones. Its crisp acidity and vibrant flavors create a refreshing and well-balanced wine, perfect for pairing with seafood, salads, or enjoying on its own. The lingering finish leaves a delightful impression, making it an exceptional choice for Sauvignon Blanc enthusiasts.

Domaine Hubert Brochard produces classically styled Sancerre from their family-owned winery in Chavignol. Aimée Brochard inherited her father’s vines in the early 1900s, growing grapes and raising goats to produce cheese with the help of her husband Hubert. The Domaine is now run by the fifth and sixth generation of Brochard’s with 152 acres under vine across Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé, and Vin de Pays du Val de Loire. Today, brothers Daniel, Jean-François, and Benoît Brochard run the estate with the help of Daniel’s daughters, Caroline and Anne-Sophie, producing excellent wines that express their region’s terroir.

With a commitment to traditional winemaking techniques and sustainable vineyard practices, Hubert Brochard crafts wines that reflect both the heritage and innovation of French viticulture. Each bottle is a testament to the family's passion for excellence and authenticity.

In 2022, Hubert-Brochard was taken over by Langlois-Château, which has been part of the Bollinger family group since 1973 and was already producing wine in Loire through Châteaux de Fontaine-Audon and Thauvenay). Today, the Brochard family and Langlois-Château are united in their common values; high quality standards, a passion for the terroir and family spirit.

Chilled to around 12°C, this cuvée is ideal as an aperitif with a hearty platter of fresh cheeses - especially Crottin de Chavignol - accented with dried apricots, quince paste or honey
