Cool and bright, finely vegetable nose with fresh stone fruit aromas as well as nutty, herbal, and floral hints. Clear, finely juicy, again cool bright fruit, lively, very fine acidity, yeasty and plant-like notes, certain sustainability, nutty undertones, some minerality, quite an invigorating style, very good, fresh-juicy finish with fine plant sharpness.

Only the best and mature grapes are selected and handpicked to produce this Roter Veltliner. The must is fermented slowly in stainless steal tanks. The young wine, some of it in large wooden barrels, is maturing until bottling on fine lees. The next year, in spring the wine is carefully bottled at the winery.
