Aromas of ripe fruit and touches of crushed grapes. A well-structured palate with a slightly bready flavour. Just a touch of sweetness gives balance to the acidity to make this a very appealing wine.

The winery is 6km from Sant Sadurni d’Anoia, in the heart of Cava country. They source grapes from 120 hectares of vineyard in total (20ha owned) near Espiells. This is one of the higher altitude sites in the region, where slow maturation of the grapes ensures that they retain bright acidity, suited to the production of sparkling wines.

Made using the traditional method of Cava production, it is aged for 12-15 months in bottle.

Perfect as an aperitif or with Charcuterie, Rice dishes and Salmon.
