Champagne Bollinger proudly unveils the Special Cuvée 007 Limited Edition, a tribute to one of cinema’s most enduring partnerships. This exclusive release unites Champagne Bollinger’s signature Special Cuvée with the bold, unmistakable 007 style, marking over 45 years as the Official Champagne of James Bond.

The Special Cuvée 007 Limited Edition is housed in a sleek, black collector’s box that embodies the elegance and intrigue of James Bond. The front features a striking gold gun barrel motif with Bond’s silhouette at its centre, enhanced by metallic embossing, the Bollinger name in gold, and the iconic 007 logo. The bottle itself bears the 007 branding underscoring the authenticity of this rare release that pays homage to the timeless style of James Bond.

Special Cuvée is the fruit of a precise blend of several harvest and above all of reserve wines, which lend the wine all its structure and make it a reference of the Bollinger style. A fine combination of palate weight and elegance, vinosity and length. Very dry, but with toasty flavours in the mouth and round, richly flavoured, full-bodied and mature characteristics.

A reliably excellent Champagne with honeyed fruit, baked apple, brioche, spice and a creamy effervescent finish. This is a fine expression of the complex, rich and powerful house style. One of the great Champagne houses, Bollinger is particularly notable for the elegance of its pinot noir.

The wines are powerful, refined and complex in style, expressing the aromas of the fruit in all its dimensions. To the eye: golden colour, distinctive of black grape varieties; very fine bubbles. To the nose: a beautiful aromatic complexity; ripe fruit and spicy aromas; hints of roasted apples, compote and peaches. On the palate: a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity; bubbles like velvet; pear, brioche and spicy aromas, notes of fresh walnut.

Special Cuvée is composed of over 85% Grand and Premier crus of the three main Champagne varieties: 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Meunier. It is cellar aged for twice as long as required by appellation regulations. It is moderately dosed at between 7 and 8 grams per litre.
