Really fresh and invigorating with intense and elegant aromas of green apple, citrus fruits, pineapple and some floral hints.

Made from white grapes sourced exclusively from our best vineyards in Briones and Haro with an average vine age of 21 years. After a brief cold maceration of the whole grape (no more than 12 hours), the free run juice was fermented at a controlled temperature of between 12 and 15°C to retain all the expression and complexity of both varietals. After a brief period in contact with its fine lees, the wine was drawn off ready for bottling.
