Dry and fresh, with a good acidity, melts very delicately good long and persistent mouthfeel.

This rosé is made with a blend of organic red grapes sourced from the Penedés region near Barcelona. Garnacha makes up the majority of the blend. Perfectly adapted to the Mediterranean climate, Garnacha provides freshness, acidity, and bright red fruit character by the bucket load.
