Born from the winemaking genius of two well-known and renowned producers, Kermit Lynch and Domaine Jean Collet, Domaine Costal is a unique collaboration that has resulted in some of the best wines Chablis has to offer.

Quality shines through in the Domaine Costal range. Vines are worked organically, and the collaborating forces of Kermit Lynch and Jean Collet have developed a vinification process involving stainless steel, foudre, and barrel vinifications. Unusually for Chablis, bottles are neither filtered nor cold-stabilised. Yet, the winemaking skill and excellent terroir are evident in the final wines, which are zesty and fresh, full of minerality, nervosity, and classic Chablis flavours.
