Bright gold in colour, on the nose there are aromas of fresh tropical mango, crème brûlée, acacia honey and a little light spice. To taste, there is a rich honey sweetness, more tropical fruit notes and just the merest hint of mint. A clean finish with notes of spice and a subtle bittersweet character.
