The vines are from a combination of granite and gravel soils from the Cave de Turckheim vineyards. Rigorous selection of the best Pinot Noir grapes ensures a fruity and fresh character to this rose wine. his gently sparkling wine is made using the traditional method.
Pale salmon in colour, it's a lovely light and fresh bubbly with a fine and persistent mousse. Strawberries and cream soda on the nose, the mouthfeel is clean, dry and fresh.
Serve chilled with canapés, as an aperitif, with a cold brunch or desserts.
