A delicate pink fizz with light berry fruit flavours. Mainly from grapes grown in the Veneto, to which 5% Piemonte Brachetto juice is added to enhance the colour and red fruit characters.

A delicate pink sparkling rosé with strawberry and raspberry aromas and soft berry characters on the palate. Fresh acidity balanced by zesty, cherry notes makes this an easy and appealing fizz.

Gentle pneumatic pressing - Garganega with 5% Brachetto juice added. Followed by slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel. Second fermentation in tank, lasting 4 weeks.

A perfect aperitif, picnic or party wine.
