Veuve Clicquot RICH was created specifically to be combined with a selection of ingredients that bring out the mixologist, or rather the "Clicquologist", in anyone. The signature notes of the wine are magnified by the presence of selected garnish ingredients: pineapple, grapefruit zest, lime, cucumber, celery, peppers or even tea: all served on the rocks.

1) Place ice cubes in a large wine glass
2) Add one of the recommended ingredients
3) Finish with chilled Veuve Clicquot RICH
Excellent champagne - I prefer this over Moet Ice which until now has been my first choice
Great taste - do serve over ice though in small tumblers rather than champagne flutes
