Made with grapes of Sicilian origin and straw yellow in colour, this wine has vibrant tropical and citrus fruit aromas and flavours. On the palate it is refreshing and perfectly balanced, with a clean, crisp finish.

Viticulture has been celebrated as an integral part of Sicilian culture for thousands of years. Today Sicily’s wines are of the highest quality and are appreciated all over the world. Sicily has the ideal terroir and climatic conditions to make excellent quality wines.

The grapes are carefully picked by hand in mid-August, when they have reached the perfect balance between maturation and acidity.

The grapes are destemmed and very gently pressed in a pneumatic press. Prior to fermentation the juice is chilled and racked after settling. Selected yeasts are added to initiate the alcoholic fermentation, which takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 8°C. Vacuum distillation at around 30°C to preserve primary aromas.

A versatile wine, pairing well with a great variety of dishes, or enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.
