Limpid dress, of a pale yellow color with some green reflections. Fine and very expressive, the nose releases pleasant notes of citrus fruits (grapefruit) and white flowers, slightly vanilla. On the palate, there is complexity, a nice sweetness and a pleasant freshness. It is a very aromatic wine with notes of citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon) and white flowers (peach). The whole is well balanced. This Château Bonnet reserve cuvée, elegant and gourmet.

The Château Bonnet Réserve comes from a selection of a few hectares, among the 120 of the estate's vineyard, producing white wines in sustainable viticulture. The grape varieties selected are Sauvignon and Sémillon. 

Great mildness and contrasting rainfall marked 2020: heavy spring rains, severe summer drought. The fairly warm winter favored early budburst. With the summer heat gone, the cool nights at the end of August were very beneficial to the ripening of the grapes.

Will be the ideal companion to a starter based on prawns, grilled fish or even goat cheese.
