This is a great example of Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon. A full and rich wine with lots of ripe blackberry and blackcurrant fruit flavours. It also has some oaky flavours which blend very subtly with the predominant fruit flavours. Based in Lontue, Valdivieso has a wealth of vineyards and the quality of the terroir is shown by the single vineyard wines. The whole range encapsulates everything that Chile excels at: rich, vibrant flavours and smooth, glossy textures - and the wines deserve the multitude of gongs they have picked up in recent years.

This is the perfect wine for Beef Wellington or a beautiful cut of rib of beef.
