With the power of Cabernet Sauvignon in the spotlight, this small-production wine is rich, generously endowed and likely to age well. Structure and dense tannins are accompanied by juicy cassis flavours.

Goes perfectly with creamy washed rind cheeses (Epoisses, Trou du Cru, Soumaintrain) and beef.
