Once again inspired by the Australian night, this is darkly appealing, chocolatey Malbec with an abundance of crisp, minerally fruit.
Purple-red in colour, bright and intense. Fresh fruity aromas of plum and cherry. Balanced in the mouth, with a pleasant finish. We recommend cheese, pasta and poultry.
Garnet red colour with intense violet reflections. Intense aromas of red fruits and floral notes. In the mouth is fresh, fruity, delicate acidity and long finish.

Mimosa Malbec shows a complex and elegant nose, with red berries and notes of vanilla leading to a medium to full bodied palate with ripe dark fruit flavours and a hint of spice on the finish.
