100% Garganega grapes, 20-30 year old vines from volcanic soil vineyards. Fermented in steel vats without skin contact. The same variety is used in the famous wines of nearby Soave.
Delicate floral and white peach aroma. Medium-bodied, fresh, dry palate. Stone fruits, peach/nectarine in abundance, typical bitter almond note with good acidity to finish. Unoaked.
Pair with appetisers, light pasta dishes with vegetables or fish.
