The palate is unctuous and enveloping, with hints of red fruit and spicy notes from the Grenache. It has a long and elegant finish.

Maceration in stainless steel tanks with daily overruns for two weeks to extract colour, aromas and soft tannins. Fermentation at 22ºC. Later malolactic fermentation. Not aged in barrels.

We recommend drinking this wine with beef roast meat or game meats such as deer or partridge.
