Red wine with a purplish-red color. The nose is rich with notes of ripe black fruit such as blackcurrant and plum. Full-bodied on the palate, with a dense attack. Tannins are tight, fine and silky, with a slightly saline nuance. Discreet oak notes ensures perfect balance. Pairs well with Rossini-style fillet of beef, rack of lamb with herbes de Provence, or hare à la royale.
Vinification: 12 months, partly in oak barrels, natural concrete eggs and stainless steel vats.
