Attractive pale color with light salmon highlights. The nose seduces with its aromatic intensity, blending Williams pear, crushed strawberry and white flowers. The palate is precise and expressive, revealing aromas of wild berries enhanced by a touch of grapefruit. A complex rosé with good length.
Hand-harvested just before sunrise, followed by rigorous sorting on arrival in the cellar. Direct cold pressing. Meticulous separation of free-run and press juices. Clarification of must the following day. Alcoholic fermentation at 15-18°C in stainless steel tanks, concrete eggs and 400L barrels. No malolactic fermentation. Aged 6 months on fine lees.
