Rosé sparkling is a recent addition to CloudyBay’s Pelorus range.
It’s a pale coppery wine with a lively creaming bubble. Strawberry aromas and some savoury earthy notes mark the nose, and a mealy, lightly yeasty thread adds dimension. It tastes smooth, lingering and complete, finishing savoury and dry.
