Clidda Gawr is a local legend, a giant who was said to live nearby a Dell's vineyard, in his fortress upon Clytha Hill. A blend of aromatic white varietals with elderflower, passion fruit and yeasty characters. Col Fondo (Italian for “with the bottom”) is a traditional style of sparkling wine that’s bottled without disgorgement.

Dell Vineyards also lease an established 20 year old vineyard nearby which is located close to the hamlet of Pen-Y-Clawdd. There are 1700 vines which cover an area just over an acre in size. There are several varieties planted including, Pinot Noir, Seyval Blanc and Phoenix.
