Pale translucent pink with fresh fruit aromas and hints of strawberry and musk. Velvety and full with a persistent bead and fresh finish.
De Bortoli Wines is a third generation family wine company, established by Vittorio and Giuseppina De Bortoli in 1928. They emigrated to Australia from their mountain village in the foothills of the Italian Alps, near the historic town of Asolo, and their Italian heritage still drives the way the family makes its wine.
We select fruit from vines with generous canopies allowing natural fruit ripening. The fruit is picked and gently pressed and the juice allowed to settle naturally before being filtered. The wine is cold fermented to retain fresh fruit characters.
The perfect aperitif on it’s own or enjoy with fresh fruits or seafood.
A big hit of Turkish Delight, musk sticks and tropical fruit. “Everything you would expect!” Winestate Magazine, Oct 2020
"Fresh, floral aromas lead the way on this wine, backed by flavors of berries and spice. The moderate alcohol level and balance of sweetness and acidity make this easy to drink." 88 points Joe Czerwinski, Wine Enthusiast, Nov 2015
