This sparkling wine is light-bodied and dry.  It is fresh, crisp and refreshing with flavours of peach and apple.

Created in England using the best grapes sourced from across the UK, using the Charmat method, a production technique favoured by many Italian and German producers of quality sparkling wine,  the makers were able to produce a different style of wine giving a more fruit driven, easy drinking and approachable style.
