The jewel in our crown, award winning Hensol Castle Gin is a traditional copper pot distilled London Dry gin. Juniper led, driven by hand-peeled citrus and our wildflower medley that’s grown in the ground of our own castle.
It’s the perfect balance of spice and sweet botanicals, making this gin the perfect accompaniment with any mixer or cocktail.
Perfect Serve
The Classic
- Add lots of ice to your chosen glass
- Pour 50ml of Hensol Castle Dry Gin
- Top with premium tonic
- Garnish with slice of lime
- Squeeze lime peel over the glass to release the aromatic oils
Gin Sling
- 50ml of Hensol Castle Dry Gin
- 20ml of lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 2 dashes of angostura bitters
- Add ice to your glass
- Top with 50/50 tonic water and soda water or why not try pine soda if you're feeling saucy!
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and lemon wedge
