Bright gold with green hints. Nose: aromatic and complex, with intense floral aromas such as roses, citrus fruits, and stone fruits. Palate: fresh and long-lasting mouthfeel. Aged on lees for 3 months in stainless steel tank.
Vinification: Destemming, pneumatic pressing under inert gas, to which only the first presses are being used. Fermentation at 16°C for 15 days. The vines benefit from a north, south and west exposure, cooled by the Mistral and the Tramontane wind in an exceptional setting surrounded by olive trees, oaks and pine forests.
