A long lunch between British founders Tim, from Fever-Tree, and Stephen, from Mirabeau, quickly transformed into a collaborative project to create a rosé-based spritz and make the perfect lighter drink for any lively occasion, out or at home. After many blending sessions the result is refreshingly aromatic, with a clearly discernible rosé wine base, enhanced by the natural fruit and floral aromas of the delicious Fever-Tree soda.
A delicate nose with hints of red fruits and floral blossom. On the palate, lightly effervescent with bright flavours of ripe raspberry, delicate notes of orange blossom and balanced with pink grapefruit to finish. Light & fruity, crisp & sparkling – perfect for easy summer drinking.
Serve in a big wine glass over ice and garnish with some fresh raspberries. With its stylish packaging and lighter ABV at 8%, it is a great choice to accompany al fresco lunches, Apéro hour, and also makes a gorgeous gift.
