Fragrant aromas of wild strawberry with floral, herbal notes. The palate has raspberry and red cherry fruit with supple tannins, juicy acidity and a touch of white pepper on the finish.

Produced from the traditional Bardolino grapes of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara - from organically cultivated vineyards on the eastern shores of Lake Garda. After harvesting the grapes are destemmed, macerated on skins and fermented.

Enjoy with cured meats, pork and chicken, or a tuna steak.
