Medium amber with golden sparkles. Light notes of vanilla, cooked agave, wood and light notes of smoke in the background. Nuts, caramel and vanilla, with an aftertaste of herbal notes.

The intention of our expression in reposado is clear, to show another class of mezcal and reach those palates that enjoy distillates that use the barrel process. This kind of reposado is true to the friendly and relaxing flavour experience of our mezcal, adding more intense notes of vanilla and caramel.

Ojo de Tigre Mezcal is part of the Casa Lumbre portfolio, which includes the brands Montelobos and Ancho Reyes. The Ojo de Tigre (Eye of the Tiger) brand is named after the Tiger’s eye stone, which is known for it’s good fortune. The brand is a collaboration with renowned Mexican actor and producer Luis Gerardo Mendez.

Right accompanied by nuts such as apple, apricot, dates, etc. Also with walnuts, almonds and one of our favorites with guava ate and Manchego cheese.
