Delight in the exquisite Amarone della Valpolicella, a rich and full-bodied red wine noted for its elegance and depth. This wine features a vibrant bouquet of currants, blackberries and sweet almonds, infused with subtle notes of vanilla from careful aging in small oak barrels. The taste is warm and rich, adorned with polished, silky tannins that lead to a long, satisfying finish. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to barriques where a part matures for four months before bottling.

Amarone is perfect with hearty dishes such as grilled red meats, game stews and mature cheeses. Its robust profile also makes it an excellent match for rich pasta dishes and risottos.
