A rich and flavoursome Shiraz displaying all the hallmarks of the varietal: vibrant red fruits, dark plum and spice with underlying soft tannins.

Robert Oatley Vineyards is known for its pioneering of the classic (adopted) Australian grape varieties, dewaing upon select growers of excellence across a diverse range of climatic regions.

Containing some of the higher, cooler vineyard sites in the state, the Central Ranges is an important, recently designated wine-growing zone. It is sometimes better known for the regions it comprises: running north to south along the western slopes of the Great Dividing Range (and in descending order of size): Mudgee, Orange and Cowra. Part of the grapes is sourced from South Australia.

The Oatley family are pleased to report that 2021 has proved to be a very satisfactory vintage.
