The Chateau Ste. Michelle Dry Riesling is a dry, refreshing style of Riesling with beautiful fruit flavours, crisp acidity and an elegant finish. It offers inviting sweet citrus aromas and flavours. This is an incredibly versatile food wine.  Very pale yellow in colour. Reticent hints of peach, lemon, white pepper, menthol and brown spices. A distinct palate offers good texture and citrus intensity, with a light sweetness supported by harmonious vibrant acidity. Hints of brown spices add appeal. Not a complex Riesling but very easy to drink owing to its fruit intensity and freshness.
