Rhosyn - the Welsh word for rose – a vintage, traditional method sparkling wine from our 2021 harvest is a blend of our seyval blanc and pinot noir grapes with gentle skin contact providing a delicate blush to the wine. 18 months aging on lees.

Velfrey Vineyard have chosen to specialise in the production of sparkling wines following the traditional method as used in the production of Champagne. Their Pinot Noir and Seyval Blanc grapes allow them to utilise the long Pembrokeshire summers to fully develop great depth of flavour whilst maintaining the perfect balance of acidity and sugar levels needed to create a premium, traditional method, sparkling wine.
