A champagne exploring new winemaking territories. The double ageing of only reserve wines with a low dosage creates the perfect balance of strength, aromatic intensity, freshness and silkiness. The Veuve Clicquot style elevated to its purest expression. This blend is crafted from Veuve Clicquot’s extensive collection of reserve wines, taking its inspiration from the iconic Yellow Label. For those seeking a new experience and a pure, dry champagne.
Extra Brut Extra Old is crafted in the style of the maison’s Yellow Label, but entirely with reserve wines, bringing strength and aromatic intensity to the blend: 1988, 1996, 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010. Double-ageing on lees – a minimum of three years in vats before bottling, then at least three years in bottle – further develops its unique freshness and silky texture. A low dosage of 3 grams per litre ensures a beautiful balance.
