Super expressive and clearly Sauvignon but in a style all of its own… There’s a real ‘young nettles… good enough to eat’ sort of feel here!

Florian Fauth of Weingut Seehof in Westhofen makes sensationally fine, properly exciting wines. 60% of the wine was harvested early and the other 40% fully ripe.

This would go exceptionally well with prawn and lemon risotto.
