Rich generous, crystallised lemon marmalade, overflowing with aromas of hyacinth, rose, lychee and honey. The palate is clean, lifted by hints of lime and a minerally character. Fantastically scrumptious.

Good with chicken salad Thai style, and can stand up to a healthy dollop of Chilli paste. Alternatively, try with duck dishes, including duck pate if you're just in the mood for a snack. Peppers stuffed with jasmine rice or tabouleh is a great match too.
